NEWS: PCB Dredging

PCB dredging is progressing to remediate contamination of the Fox River in Wisconsin. The clean-up of Little Lake Butte des Morts has been in process for five years, and is scheduled to be completed in June 2009. According to Greenbaypressgazette.com, "While the Little Lake Buttes des Morts portion of the project is coming to an end, the cleanup of the rest of the river from Combined Locks to Green Bay is scheduled to begin May 1 with dredging, dewatering and hauling to the Chilton-area landfill" (www.greenbaypressgazette.com).
